1. Data Deletion Policy & Store Compliance

In accordance with Google Play Store Developer Policies, Apple App Store Guidelines (5.1.1(v)), GDPR (Art. 17), and CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and all personal data associated with BentoTiles.

3. Data Retention Timeline

Account authentication data and profile information are permanently erased immediately upon request confirmation. Cached access logs and system backup archives are fully purged within 30 days.

2. What Data Gets Deleted

Clerk User Profile: Email address, username, profile pictures, and authentication credentials.
Developer Profile: Developer name, bio, country, external website, and social links.
Submitted Games & Drafts: Unapproved game listings, uploaded ZIP files, thumbnails, and screenshots.
Analytics & Logs: Ad impression logs, play session history, and rating records.
Device Local Storage: Local browser state, recently played history, and favorites list.
